About the Panel Inquiry

The Environment Effects Statement (EES)  was published in July 2004 and was available for public view and comment for six weeks.

Members of the public and interested organisations were invited to make written submissions on the EES to the independent Panel Inquiry assessing it. The panel was appointed by the Minister for Planning and administered by Planning Panels Victoria.
